Many of the cookware we carry are made of clay and therefore do not work on induction cooktops, however, by using an Induction Cooktop Interface Disk you are able to use our clay cookware on induction cookware. In fact with these Interface Disk you can use any non-ferrous cookware on induction cookware including aluminum, glass, copper, porcelain and stainless steel.
