The product arrived broken, but the refund was processed very quickly. Will buy from you again.

Regrettably one of the (fragile) items arrived broken. I contacted customer service and within an hour they advised they were shipping a replacement. Excellent service!

It was the wrong pot and broken but they apologised and will replace it.
