Unlike most sizzling plates available, these sizzling plates from Colombia are made out of aluminium, making maintenance an easy chore. Lenght 16 in (including handle), Width 8 in, Height 1.25 in. Traditionally used for serving Churrasco Steak, it has a place for the sauce bowl for Chimichurri Sauce. Of course they can be used for all other sizzling applications including steaks and fajitas.Using our Sizzling Plate is rather easy because it does not require any pre-seasoning or preparation prior to its first use as is needed with cast iron ones.
