The Irish Baking Scallop Shell is the most recognizable and popular shell for the culinary industry. It is certainly the most ancient of serving vessels we carry, known to have been used throughout history to serve a variety of dishes. The shells are completely natural and uncoated, making them safe and contain no toxins.

The shells are extra large measuring between 5 - 5½ inches wide and deep enough to accommodate any recipe such as seared scallops, ceviche, and Coquilles Saint-Jacques.
