My pot arrive in pieces, seller was very nice and give me a refund immediately, seem that the way things are right now with the virus, deliveries are being mistreated due to lack of workers, will try again when things get a bit better.

Regrettably one of the (fragile) items arrived broken. I contacted customer service and within an hour they advised they were shipping a replacement. Excellent service!
