  • 1 whole heads of garlic
  • 1 Garlic Roaster

Roasted Garlic Directions

    1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
    2. Using a knife cut off 1/4 to a 1/2 inch of the top of cloves, exposing the individual cloves of garlic.
    3. Place the garlic heads in the Black Clay, La Chamba Garlic Roaster and drizzle some olive oil over each head.
    4. Sprinkle a pinch of dried thyme over each head, and
    5. Bake at 400°F for about 1 hour, or until the cloves feel soft when pressed.
