A fantastic way to relax over dinner with a few friends using our Unglazed Thai Clay Pot. Use the Clay Pot over charcoal or solid fuel (Sterno) and fill it with an aromatic broth and once boiling, add vegetables and meat and eat as done.

It is also perfect for an authentic presentation of curries and soups. The untreated natural clay enhances the natural flavors of the dish and seals in moisture, while retaining heat.

Our Thai Clay Hot Pots are very rustic in design and as such are not polished or refined, but very authentic indeed. As with most handmade products by artisans around the world, the Pot may have slight imperfections, with the outside having variations in color and may exhibit rough patches, however, these imperfection do not compromise the aesthetics or functionality of the pieces and are considered normal and to be expected. Likewise, sizes of same model may vary slightly.

The Clay Hot Pot should be cleaned after each use. It is not recommended to wash the Pot in a dishwaser, but rather it should be washed with mild soap and warm water. Since the pot is unglazed, make sure that it is cleaned and dried thoroughly before it is stored as if left wet it can grow mold. Make sure it is dried thoroughly before you store it.
