A great overall spicy sauce that goes great on top of meats sausages and steaks. It is also commonly used to spice up soups or beans.

- 1 tomatoe
- 1 small habanero or scotch bonnet peppers
- 1 bunch(es) cilantro
- 1 juice of lemon
- 1 teaspoon(s) vinegar
- 1 ounce(s) water
- salt and pepper to taste
